A Great Season is the Result of Conditioning & Preparation! 

At the North Regina Hockey Camp, we believe a great season is the result of conditioning and preparation! With small class sizes, 12 hours of ice time, and qualified instructors, your child will be conditioned, prepared and ready to begin the season. Instruction will emphasize a variety of age appropriate skills such as forward and backward power skating, puck control, passing and receiving, body checking, shooting,  goaltending, systems position, and conditioning.
